Diane Kresh

Diane Kresh, Editor, served for 31 years in the Library of Congress. She oversaw the Collaborative Digital Reference Service (now called QuestionPoint). It was the first global, web-based reference service linking libraries and research institutions. She received the 2001 "Federal 100" recognition for her role in launching the Collaborative Digital Reference Service. She also received the 2003 "Director's Award" from the Virtual Reference Desk.
