Rachel Hadidi, PhD, is the community outreach librarian for Plano (TX) Public Library. She earned her doctorate degree in 2018 and studies information sharing behaviors in informal environments. In this on-demand webinar, community outreach specialists cover best practices for programs, setting up accounts for maximum security and effectiveness (no Zoom-bombing!), program selection, and shifting staff to a virtual environment.
