Top Social Media Trends and Strategies Workshop
A 90-minute workshop, Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 2:30pm Eastern/1:30 Central/12:30 Mountain/11:30am Pacific

It’s important for library staff to understand how professional marketers are using social media now and what changes are coming in the near future so we can use the ever-growing list of tools to engage our communities.

In this workshop, social media and marketing expert Laura Solomon will discuss how you can analyze metrics and use tools like TikTok, social shopping, private social networks, and user-generated content to reach your community and enhance your library’s services. Learn where you should be focusing your efforts and how you can stay on top of emerging trends.

After participating in this workshop, you will:

  • Know how six different trends are evolving and the implications for libraries
  • Understand the basics of social media metrics and its changes
