YALSA's Outstanding Books for the College Bound downloadable pamphlets and posters can help librarians help young adults grow into the kind of independent readers and thinkers who will flourish at college.
Pamphlets include annotated booklists in the following categories: "Arts and Humanities", "History & Cultures", "Literature & Language Arts", "Science and Technology" and "Social Sciences" as well as a one page handout and poster (12 x 18) that includes titles from all the lists combined.
Each pamphlet can be customized to include library information, hours or teen specific programming before making copies available to patrons. Both black and white and color versions of all the resources are included in this digital download.
