M. Kathleen Kern

M. Kathleen Kern is digital services coordinator in Central Reference Services at the University of Illinois at Urbana. She is a past chair of Reference and User Services Association's (RUSA) Machine Assisted Reference Section (MARS) and co-chaired the committee that authored Guidelines for Implementing and Maintaining Virtual Reference Services. She earned her MSLIS from the University of Illinois at Urbana.
