She has provided services to libraries and non-library organizations alike since 1972. Ulla has presented at numerous conferences in the United States and Canada, including a handful of ALA and state association conferences. In addition, she is a frequent contributor to the literature. She is an active member in Special Libraries Association and Association of Independent Information Professionals.
