Carol A. Daul-Elhindi

Carol A. Daul-Elhindi has served as a librarian and associate professor at Winona State University and as the manager of reference services at Qatar National Library. In her various professional roles, she has enjoyed the teaching and mentoring opportunities most. Her personal mindfulness meditation practice has allowed her to sort through her thoughts and feelings during some of the most difficult moments of her life. Her practice then seeped into her professional life serving as a way to handle stress, model authenticity, and improve relationships in the workplace. Carol earned an MLIS degree from Dominican University, River Hills, Illinois, a BA degree in Mass Communication, Journalism from Winona State University, and an AAS degree in Educational Interpreting for the Deaf from Northcentral Technical College, Wausau, WI. Carol and her husband split their time between their home in Winona and their villa in Doha.
