Whether you sought a management position or fell into one, you want to lead your library to success. Relevant for both new and seasoned managers, this advanced eCourse provides you with the knowledge, understanding, tools, and resources you need to succeed as a manager.

Drawing on over 30 years of library and management service, Wayne Disher provides practical, in-depth guidance on three broad administrative topics: your library organization, your library community, and our library in the 21st century. Throughout the course, you’ll learn how to manage structures, finances, people, and community relationships.

After attending this course, you will be ready to apply your practical knowledge to just about any leadership role in today’s information profession.
