Dr. Steve Yacovelli is Owner & Principal of TopDog Learning Group LLC, a learning and development consulting firm based in Orlando, Florida. TopDog’s focus is on change management, human learning and performance, learning technology best practices, and custom learning solutions creation. “Doc Yock” has been working in the learning space for over 20 years. He’s worked with Fortune 500 companies and various library organizations throughout the world to help determine learning strategy, implement learning technologies, develop professional skills of participants, and look at the impact of training within the organization.

With a combo of formal book smarts (EdD in Instructional Technology) and street smarts (experience with the likes of The Walt Disney Company, IBM, Ohio State, PLA, and The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) he’s become a “top dog” in his field.
