Pamela Bluh is Associate Librarian for Technical Services & Administration at the Thurgood Marshall Law Library, University of Maryland School of Law. While editor of the ALCTS Papers on Library Technical Services and Collections, she conceived the idea of a compilation of essays reflecting on important achievements in technical services to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Association for Library Collections & Technical Services (ALCTS). Bluh is currently serving as president of ALCTS.
