About the Author Ramona (Mona) Nolen Kerby is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the School Library Media Program at McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland. She has been a kindergarten teacher and elementary school librarian in Arlington, Texas. She writes articles on school librarianship as well as books for children and young adult readers.
